LCRA is looking for a Senior Supplier Quality Analyst to join our growing team. As a member of the Supplier Quality team, you will be responsible for leading performance management activities with our most critical suppliers.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels to understand supplier performance requirements. Your statistical analysis expertise will be used to develop performance metrics, gather and interpret data, generate reports, and present findings to help drive continuous improvement with key suppliers.
You will be trusted to:
• Works closely with cross functional teams to understand supplier expectations and develop metrics to monitor supplier performance.
• Builds quality measurement and scoring models and monitoring frameworks which allow for the proactive and automated assessment of quality across diverse data sets.
• Determines methods for improving or creating new reporting solutions by working with internal stakeholders.
• Understands and applies concepts and best practice techniques for data modeling, repository management, and data visualization tools.
You qualify with:
• Nine or more years of experience in quality measurements, improvement methods, data analysis, quality assurance or relevant experience.
• A degree in engineering, business, supply management, finance, economics, or other relevant fields may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
