You’ll be a perfect fit for this position if you:
Current KY LPN license in good standing
Enjoy working in long-term care settings
Current CPR/BLS Certification
Current TB Screen
You’ll be tasked with the following responsibilities:
Conduct daily resident rounds to assess physical and mental health status.
Implement any required nursing interventions and document them appropriately.
Coordinate admission, discharge, and transfer of residents.
Keep the charge nurse informed about the status of residents.
Participate in resident and family education relating to resident care.
