The main duty of the reservation & customer care is to assist customers with planning and booking their reservations. This can mean booking via phone, email, WhatsApp and other online platform.

The job holder may also help in customized itineraries by other combined local attractions and places of interest, process quotes, payments and send the details and confirmation to the guest.

In addition, the incumbent in this role will perform the welcoming of the clients, guide them to their respective boats and will also be present for the arrival to get their feedback and propose some additional products/souvenirs.

Responsibilities
• Capacity to manage and follow the outings planning and to communication to the team
• Quality of welcoming the guests and to record their feedback
• Propose new actions to innovate the reservation or departure/arrivals processes
• Customer feedback
• Maintain the databases up-to-date and perform rapid and reliable report when needed

• Communication - Interpersonal and communication skills
• Multitasking and time management skills
• Writing & Speaking skills – both French and English
• Product knowledge

Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum requirement is the HSC
• Previous experience in a reservation department would be an advantage
• Competency in MS Office
• A Valid driving license
