Business, Hospitality and Auxiliary Services is seeking a qualified Senior Coordinator for Panther Central.

Duties associated with this position include, but are not limited to
• Creating and implementing a Staff Appreciation Program for the Panther Central Team
• Serving as main point of contact to BHAS Human Resources in the recruitment of Panther Central Customer Service Team
• Instrumental in improving staff satisfaction and employment retention, designing and implementing programming based on findings
• Develop and schedule in-house trainings and services to build positive morale among the Team
• Assist in continuing education training as well as Panther Central onboarding training
• Providing impeccable customer service to internal and external customers at Panther Central
• Serve as subject matter expert in Panther Central customer service operations.
• Supervision of two full time staff and student employees
• Manage and evaluate the Panther Central staffing schedule, ensuring coverage for mandatory overtime, holidays, vacations, and vacancies
• Participation in an emergency on-call rotation.
