Summary:
An IT infrastructure leadership role with an established organization, the incumbent will lead a team of System/ Cloud Engineers to maintain operations of IT infrastructure services (Both Cloud and on-premises environment), as well as leading the implementation of new infrastructure solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowhow on systems and cloud infrastructure services, such as: Azure and/or AliCloud, Windows server, SAN Storage and VMs.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and perform hands-on IT infrastructure configurations & administration to ensure the environment's reliability
• Lead implementation implementation of Cloud/ on-premises infrastructure projects
• Work closely with application teams to define infrastructure requirements & roadmap
• Reports into Head of IT infrastructure and lead a team of System Engineers
• Ensure the infrastructure environment aligns with the organization's security and IT governance standards
Requirements:
• Holder of Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
• With 8+ years work experience in IT, with track records of vendor management, project management and people management
• Expert of systems infrastructure technologies, i.e.: Microsoft servers, MS AD, Office/ Exchange 365, Cloud services (Azure/ AliCloud preferred), SAN Storage, backup solutions, etc.
• Have practical hands-on experience with PowerShell
• Experience in network infrastructure preferred
• Good interpersonal and business stakeholder management skills
• Good command of language skills in English and Chinese
