Job Descriptions:
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for Andalin.
• Work with the Commercial team to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities.
• Diligently update Sales Force, our CRM, to stay current on leads and follow-ups.
• Shadow Commercial Team in meetings and other activities to help you acquire the skills you’ll need for your next role on the Andalin Commercial team.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post-Graduate Degree in any field.
• At least 7 years experience in a reputable forwarding company, especially with a proven track record in Sales/ Business Development/ Commercial.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Fearlessness - willing to hop on the phone with new people every single day and explain Andalin value proposition.
• Focus on prospect happiness - set the stage for effective sales follow-up.
• A deep understanding of email communication. You keep the inbox at zero.
• High curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Able to adapt to a challenging and dynamic work environment.
• Resourceful and business-oriented.
• Strong leadership, self-starter, and teamwork person.
• Proficiency in English both spoken and written.
