Job Description
• Assisting passengers by answering questions, providing directions, or attending to their other needs.
• Receive & provide cargo shipments.
• Collect fees & process payments.
• Assisting passengers with luggage checkins at the ticket counter.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy luggage.
• Knowledge of airport regulations and procedures is preferred.
• Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
