Provide support for contractual compliance, software auditing, and Software governance IT tools support. Will act as a bridge between SW Governance and process stakeholders. It should cover
• Tracking Governance
• End of Life (EOL)
• End of Development (EOD)
• End of Support Life (EOSL)
• Freeware
• Software Inventory
• Collate Inventory of both License and Non-License software
• Regular software and hardware inventory maintaining.
• Understanding of existing workflow and identify gaps.
• Upload license details in SNOW
• Software governance maturity
• Prepare RFP For SNOW renewal, SAM tool procurement and implementation.
• Revamp workflow based on process optimization.
• Vendor selection and SAM Implementation
• Process Maturity as a Journey
• Leadership Dashboard on Macros and Power point for quick reference and presentation
• Facilitate the business’ needs for ongoing technical support and upgrade protection on selected products by ensuring that maintenance, support and upgrade protection renewals are managed/handled/ordered in advance of their expiration.
• Identify savings opportunities for renewals, software licensing, and services
