• The vacancies are of 2 types in the Medical devices domain, CAS and Business Development Executive (Sales & CAS). Depending upon the market potential, a geography will either have CAS or BDE or Sr.BDE

Locations:
• Delhi
• Bangalore
• Mumbai / Ahmedabad
• Indore
• Hyderabad
• Jaipur

Description:
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Maintain existing business
• Think critically when planning to assure project success
• Understanding clinical principles and product usage of Ultrasonic Surgical System (Harmonic Scalpel)
• Understanding and explaining product benefits to clinicians and nurses.
• Answering customers’ questions (clinical and technical) on how to use the product.
• Prepare competition analysis and help the sales team with unique product features for Tenders.
• Managing the Channel partners and Train the Channel Partner’s team under “Train the Trainer” Program
• Training nursing staff, technicians and doctors in product usage storage, cleaning and troubleshooting.
• Identify the conference and provide update to the sales team, organize the CMEs at hospital/state level

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 - 5 years' prior (Medical devices)industry related business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Previous experience in OR’s/Critical Care would be a plus
