In this unique role of the Digital Assets team, you will build the next generation user experiences for Western Union’s consumer applications.

Role Responsibilities
• You’ll be part of a cross-functional team of developers as part of the Digital Banking team globally, but specifically work on Digital Assets features, helping WU customers move between FIAT currencies and crypto currencies, or move money at the speed of light across borders.
• You will lead forward development on the OutSystems-based front end for crypto features of Western Union’s digital experience globally.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and other stakeholders on international release roadmap of a wide variety of user experiences.

Role Requirements
• A Computer’s Engineering degree and/or relevant experience of minimum 3+ years of experienced candidate who has built software as part of a team, managed processes with a tool like JIRA, and been productive as part of a larger organization.
• Demonstrable experience building web and mobile applications (using Angular, .NET, and other technologies) with at least one year of extending OutSystems or a similar low-code platform with custom coded componentry.
• Experience with design thinking concepts, architecture design, and agile best-practices techniques.

Salary

The annual gross base salary range is $85,000-$135,000. Incentives align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
