About Our Client

Job Description
• Lead the Procure to Pay (P2P) Shared Services function. Ensure that controls and standard practices are in place for payables processing within the various business units.
• Scope includes; i.e. Procure to Pay (P2P), Fixed Assets Accounting and Company and Tax Accounting (CTA), activities according to the business role defined in the Financial Target Operating Model (FTOM).
• Optimizing and enhancing P2P processes while driving processes standardization in collaboration with other teams
• Managing >10 legal entities globally and lead >15 direct staffs within the P2P tower.

The Successful Applicant
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP system and computer applications (Microsoft Office Applications), Experience on Power BI will be a plus
• Recognized degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant disciplines; or professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA
• Minimum 7-8 years working experience with 2-3 years of managerial experience on leading a large team from Europe or US MNC's
• Experience in Shared Services Centre will be advantageous
• Strong team management٫ negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill and ability to interact well with all the process actors in the chain
• Ability to work under pressure
