We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO Coordinator to join our dynamic team for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension for another 6 months. As a PMO Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) in ensuring successful project delivery, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating effective communication between project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Project Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to identify potential risks and issues. Prepare regular status reports for project managers and senior management, highlighting project performance and potential areas for improvement.

Project Documentation Management: Collaborate with project manager to establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk registers.

Communication Facilitation: Serve as a central point of contact for project-related information and communications. Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure everyone is well-informed of project progress and updates.

Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate positive relationships with project stakeholders, fostering an environment of collaboration and support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management) is preferred but not mandatory
