Who is Casiola?
Casiola is a fast growing, full-service short term rental management company that manages 300+ vacation homes near Walt Disney World in Orlando, Aruba and Miami. Our homes range from 2 bedroom condos to 15+ bedroom villas with a pool. Our goal is to manage 500+ vacation homes by the end of 2023.
What you will bring to the table:
• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel, property management, and or customer service based profession preferred
• 2-4 years of related experience
• Must speak English
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
• Caulking, drywall and painting experience
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, technology set up, power tools
• Must be a great communicator, self-starter, go-getter and think outside the box
• Must be comfortable with technology to include working with G Suite
• Must be able to work in a very fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Detailed and organized
• Must have a valid drivers license
What you will be doing for Casiola:
• Changes light bulbs, may replace fixtures and perform similar skilled electrical tasks such as change circuit breakers
• Low voltage connectivity- thermostats, modems, routers, cable services, etc.
• Troubleshoot and light maintenance of HVAC, Gas, Plumbing and Electrical systems
• Setup TV, cable, A/V and gaming systems
• Basic knowledge of pool systems
• Performs simple carpentry tasks, drywall repairs
• Opens clogged drains, fix leaks and perform other plumbing-related duties
• Touch-up painting as required
• Troubleshoot appliance issues, light maintenance when required
• Preventive maintenance checks and system inspections
• Maintain tools and maintenance equipment in working order.

• Salary: Awg. 15,- to Awg 20,- per hour based on experience
