Key responsibilities
• Bring optometric attention to the members during the established schedules.
• Apply the visual test to the members.
• Ensure control of the patient's file. Complete the correct information, to ensure an adequate record of the important data of his illness and the indicated treatment measures.
• Advise members regarding the use of eyeglasses or optical aids.
• Elaborate or prepare work orders for the elaboration of eyeglasses.
. Requirements
-University degree in Optometry, at least 2 years of work experience as an Optometrist
-Knowledge of local legislation for professional execution, knowledge of general optical tests.
-Knowledge of the use and handling of optical equipment, ophthalmic and eye contact lenses
-Exceptional communication-, leadership- and customer service skills.
-Computer knowledge of Windows. AS400 operating systems not required but a plus.
