Company Description
Maravilla, Santa Barbara's award-winning Assisted Living community, has an immediately opening for a part time Club Coordinator to work the following schedule
• Friday and Saturday from 9am-530pm.
• The anticipated pay wage range for this position is $20 - $22 / hour

Job Description
If you are a senior living activities professional, and love to make a difference in the lives of your residents...this job is for you. Our "Club Maravilla" program is designed for our residents who live in Assisted Living, have MCI but are not ready for Memory Care. As a Club Coordinator, you will guide this group of residents through their day, following a calendar of fun and meaningful activities designed to keep the residents engaged in purposeful activity.
Qualifications
You are a great candidate for this role if you:
1. Have a service heart for caring for seniors
2. Are a self starter, who can work well with minimal supervision
3. Are able to communicate well with seniors, show an appreciation for who they are, take an active interest in their past, present and future
4. Can communicate well with family members and keep them informed of how their loved one is doing in this program
5. Excellent computer skills to track various metrics, update calendars, communicate with various team members including clinical team, etc.
6. Reliable and dependable to always show up on time for your 2 shifts/week.
7. Minimum of 2 years of college education preferred.
