As Courier / Warehouse & Gateway Agent, you are required to follow standard company procedures and safety requirements to handle transport materials, and handle time-sensitive pickups and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
If you see yourself as someone whose main main duties and responsibilities are:
• Under tight deadlines, drives company vehicle to customer sites, in all weather conditions once it’s safe for the employee
• Picks up, handles and delivers time sensitive documents and packages in a safe and punctual manner in order to meet customer and DHL time requirements
• Collects customer payments
• Processesshipments, offloading, and sorting material
• Back up to assist wherever required in operationslike Data agent
• Reports any suspected breach of security
• Transport andloading and off-loading of all outbound material on the international flight.
• The release and transport of outbound and inbound material out of the customs bond to the service center.
• Maintains good work habits, including reporting to work on time and adhering to standard work and safety procedures
If your key qualifications besides employment rights to work in Sint Maarten are:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Police background clearance check and airport security vetting
• Must be 21 years old
• Excellent customer service skills
• Map reading and GPS skills and knowledge of delivery area preferred
• Previous professional driving experience, preferably in a delivery role
And your physical requirements are:
• Must be able to lift up to seventy (70) lbs occasionally
• Must be able to lift forty (40) lbs frequently
• Must be able to walk, climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop and crouch repeatedly
