Job Responsibilities
1.Participate in formulating supplier management policies, be responsible for conducting domestic supplier assessments and maintenance, and regularly carry out evaluations and assessments.
2.Analyze raw material requirements based on the company's annual business plan and departmental key plans, execute procurement as per planned demands, and ensure the timely supply of raw and auxiliary materials to various production bases.
3.Organize contract negotiations, contract signing, track delivery schedules, and control procurement risks.
4.Be responsible for implementing domestic material procurement and collecting and evaluating procurement data, as well as supervising the contract execution process.
5.Conduct analyses of domestic material market trends, control material procurement costs according to planned targets, enhance the company's cost advantages in products, and increase product competitiveness.

Requerimientos de calificación
Qualifications
1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, chemical process design, or related fields.
2.Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing is preferred.
3.Skilled in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
