Responsibilities:
HR Business Partner for Tokyo Office
Generalized HR support including C&B, Japan regulatory compliance, employment certification etc.
Involvement in planning employee engagement events and logistics in Japan
Ad hoc Projects and Reporting
Supporting the team responsibility on Onboarding and Offboarding
Be part of the global project team for WorkDay

Requerimientos de calificación

Strong English communication skills
4-6+ years of human resources experience
Experience in financial services is plus
Strong working knowledge of core HR disciplines such as compensation & benefits, employee relations, local employment law, etc.
A self-starter, but with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Proficient in MS Office
