Part-time/Sushi Restaurant Staff
You will learn about Japanese "IT x food culture x hospitality(Omotenashi)" with a part-time job at Sushiro!
1. Automatic technology is being introduced from waiting management to accounting, and you can learn the customer service style with corona measures.
2. Sushiro has the knowledge and way that many customers can enjoy sushi of high quality at low price.
3. All the staff welcome customers by saying "Welcome!" when they come to our store.
We convey the spirit of hospitality to our customers with the Cheerful, Energetic and comfortable voices of "Welcome!" and "Thank you!". Although the various services are still progressing in the corona disaster, we still strive to provide a cheerful and pleasant service. All the staff in the kitchen and hall create a lively atmosphere, which brings smiles to the faces of the customers, which is exactly how a sushi restaurant serves its customers.
システム化×食文化×おもてなしの心をスシローのアルバイトで学べます！
１、ウェイティングの管理～お会計まで、ITによるシステム化が進んでおり、コロナ対策を講じた接客スタイルを学べます。
２、日本食の代名詞ともいえるおすしをハイクオリティかつ低価格で多くのお客様に楽しんでいただけるノウハウと仕組がスシローにはあります。
３、お客様が来店されると、スタッフ全員で「いらっしゃいませ！」の声でお迎えし、元気で明るく、気持ちのよい接客を心がけています。
コロナ禍において、様々なサービスの自動化が進む中ではありますが、「いらっしゃいませ！」「ありがとうございます！」の声と共におもてなしの心を持ち、お客様に接客しています。キッチンとホールの全スタッフからお声がけする事で、店内に活気が生まれ、スタッフの活気がお客様の笑顔を作る雰囲気は、まさにすし屋の接客といえます。
