We are looking for a

Project Manager (m/f/d) – GI

in full time at the location Brussels, Belgium.

Your tasks in detail:
• Develop and implement programs, campaigns and material to support the customers, resulting in better and more efficient treatment outcomes helping Takeda to be seen as a key partner in the specialty space by stakeholders and therefore to strengthen Takeda’s competitive position
• Those projects can be initiatives needed to implement the national strategy of a brand or projects initiated by relevant team members to support their key accounts, the customers and their patients.
• Develop effective working relationships and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand the business requirements for delivery and co-creation of optimal patient and customers services and solutions for specialized therapeutic areas in the pharmaceutical markets.
• Test content/usability of the content, activities, material, and services with relevant internal and external customers
• Works with a customer and patient-centric mindset, defined as listening to internal and external customers and meeting their (unmet) needs to provide patient and customer centric solutions, also ensure that in activities and outcomes the patient comes first
• Performs relevant market, customer and business analyzes to map which supporting services currently exist and what they add to healthcare. Being able to provide input in the strategy based on that analysis and knowledge of the patient and customer journey.
• Proposes supporting projects, campaigns and material that connect to the National Brand plan and Key Account plans, the needs of patients and their care providers, and that result in improved care outcomes. These care outcomes can be monitored and analyzed as well as possible.
• Monitors and maintains a high level of field intelligence to assess, evaluate, interpret and incorporate the currently available programs, as well as unmet needs and requests of internal and external stakeholders.
• Works cross-functionally and with external vendors/suppliers to ensure flawless project execution: to develop program components, SOP’s, and to test, launch and evaluate and refine, as required, the initial program.
• Monitors projects post-implementation to assess impact and fine tune as needed
• Completes projects within the target timeline and budget
• Contributes to the selection of vendor/suppliers including negotiating program and project contracts and agreements in accordance with corporate policies and local laws and regulations
• Maintains high presence and visibility with customers, spending enough time in the field with customers

Your profile:
• Master’ degree or equivalent combination by education and experience
• Minimum 3 years work experience in pharmaceutical industry in project management, marketing, and sales in the field of Specialty Care
• Experience in one of the therapeutic and disease area (e.g. GI, Oncology, Immunology) are required, GI is preferred
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
• A personality that encourages cross-functional work in the account team, combined with a clear account leadership, responsibility, initiative, and commitment
• Demonstrated ability to convert market and therapy knowledge into business success
• Understanding of the dynamics of the Specialty Care environment and the cross-channel business model; agile in using social media and new digital technologies
• High level of strategic and analytical thinking and an entrepreneurial mind-set combined with solid business acumen
• Experience in communicating and negotiating with healthcare decision-makers and managing complex networks
• Driver’s License B
