We are seeking a remote e-Commerce Technology Solutions Delivery Manager to help drive our digital CX strategy forward and continue to advance Batesville’s digital transformation and customer engagement with the Batesville Connect™ digital platform. Within your designated e-Commerce group, you will collaborate with different stakeholders and build out the QA strategy and roadmap and plan and support the implementation of technology product(s) to support B2B and B2B2C strategic roadmaps as set by the business.

What you’ll do:
• Build QA strategy and identify level of testing required for each eCommerce related deployment.
• Create a regression testing strategy and implement methods, processes and tools needed to ensure high quality deployments and upgrades.
• Plan and support the implementation of technology product(s) to support B2B and B2B2C strategic roadmaps as set by the business.
• Determine and plan timely release schedules and align to critical milestones and path.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend future technical products to solve business needs.
• Become a subject matter expert of B2B and B2B2C technical competitive landscape and industry trends.
• Leverage repeatable project management methods for new product implementations related to B2B and B2B2C projects.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• 7+ years of related experience
• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce
• Advanced experience with system development, quality assurance, and release life cycle
• Intermediate database experience (Oracle, SQL)

Great to Haves :
• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud or Hybris
• Experience with JIRA
• Experience with product, project, and portfolio management
