AtlantConsult (with offices in Lithuania, Belarus, and projects in the CIS, Europe and USA) is currently looking for a Sales Manager (USA market).

We’re an IT company, as an SAP integrations solution team we’re a member of the international association United VARs Partner, and have a Platinum partner SAP status, we are offering consulting services. We’re engaged in European projects and developing in the direction of the American Market. That’s why we decided to hire a full-time employee with experience in the USA market.

Responsibilities:
• Research the market, organizations, and individuals to approach as new leads;
• Manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle;
• Establish and maintain strong long-term partnerships with the client and key people on the client's side;
• Conduct online meetings with potential customers; effectively negotiate and showcase key company presentations;
• Carry out different sales cycles: Time Material, Fixed price;

Requirements:
• +1 year of experience as a Sales manager/Lead Generation in the USA market;
• Sound knowledge of the sales process;
• Ability to be responsible for the entire end-to-end sales cycle;
• Ability to communicate effectively, be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong computer and video conferencing skills;
• Goal oriented, self-motivated, confident, thorough and tenacious;
• Completed higher education;
