We are an international iGaming company with a project currently targeting India and Brazil.

We’re currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help deliver the best customer services for our clients 24/7.

Responsibilities:

- Support our clients at all levels. Answer any questions about how the service works and resolve clients’ issues promptly via live chat (we use the Intercom system) and emails. No calls.

- Build client trust and satisfaction through professional support.

- Collect clients’ feedback, analyze customer satisfaction and suggest ways to improve it.

- Keep open communication between the departments to resolve any issues.

- Be responsible for customer happiness and their good experience with our company.

- Other tasks.

Qualifications:

- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2);

- Portugese level: Upper-Intermediate (B2);

- Previous experience in iGaming/Betting/Gambling spheres is a hige plus;

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Stress tolerance;

- Readiness to learn and improve;

- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to listen to clients’ and your team’s needs and find solutions.

- Previous Customer Support experience is a huge plus.
