For our Team, at our location in Pasewalk we are looking for a

First Line Manager (m/f/d) Shoe Technician

YOUR TASKS:
• Managing and leading staff, disciplinary and technically
• Implementing the planned production program for manufacturing
• Ensuring a high level of plant availability as well as best capacity utilization in compliance with the quality standards and in cooperation with our production management
• Creating production orders, monitoring and adjusting orders (if necessary), and controlling order completion
• Coordinating the daily schedule with the production department
• Planning of compensatory measures if required
• Evaluating and reporting on order fulfillment
• Maintenance of the disposition parameters in the ERP system
• Capacity requirements planning (CRP) for production equipment
• Identification and reporting of problems in order to achieve the objectives, problem solving within the scope of capabilities.

YOUR PROFILE:
• Degree in footwear manufacturing / technology or comparable vocational training with further professional training
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the PU industry, in manufacturing engineering as well as in production planning and staff management
• Practiced in lean management
• Experience in the application and implementation of MTM
• Sound knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• Willingness to travel regularly
• Strong organizational and coordinating skills with good commercial awareness
