SignIt.com is a leading provider of digital identity and authentication solutions, as well as digital signature solutions. We are expanding our presence in the Northern European market, including Germany, through a strategic alliance with Nets, which is part of the leading payment provider group in Europe, Nexi Spa with headquarters in Italy. We are seeking an experienced and successful Director of Digital Sales to join our team and help drive our growth in this important region.
The Director of Digital Sales will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the Northern European market, with a focus on Germany. The ideal candidate will have prior experience and success in a sales role within software as a service, as well as a deep understanding of the German market and its unique challenges and opportunities. The Director of Digital sales will be able to develop and execute sales strategies that align with our overall business goals and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our overall business goals
Build and manage a high-performing sales team in the region
Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management
Requirements:
Prior experience and success in a sales role within software as a service
Deep understanding of the German market and its unique challenges and opportunities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
