About the job role:
As a German Customer Support, you will provide warm and professional contact to each of our customer clients and solve with precision and efficiency emerging issues that customers may face. You will ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction while enjoying every day on the job.
As a German Customer Support, your role is to:
• Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or e-mail in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding reservations and attending potential requests
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
We are looking for:
• Proficient German (C2)
• Fluency in English (B2)
• Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
• Previous experience in Customer Service or as a sales representative is a plus
• For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit
