Обязанности: Establish and elevate PepsiCo’s Category Management credentials with key retailers and PepsiCo cross-functions, to gain Category Captaincy status with key Retailers, serve as go-to category expert internally and externally, and achieve #1 rank for PepsiCo in TAG survey Create PEP awareness and be trusted category advisor for main NKA clients, both be customer oriented for internal processes Define, implement and own customer’s category strategy in terms of: Assortment, Space and Plano X-category secondary placement Prepare and provide category reviews for customer internal committee according to PEP targets and category development agenda Drive perspective category development projects and solutions in customer, based on shopper’s behavior, align all initiatives within customer Assortment: CORE assortment development in NKA – provide recommendations for TTL category based on category growth Customized NPD launch external and internal justification, internal alignment and success achievement according to align targets Space: Design planogram principles for customer Align it with customer and implement them Price: Define and implement the best way pricing architecture to build ttl category in customer Analytics: Client and category oriented Selling stories Deep category analysis and category reviews on regular basis and on request Using all report types to provide valuable information and satisfy all the category requests from clients Constant search for Innovations and new ways of category development Communication: Proactive interaction with customer, sales teams, marketing, commercialization and other internal departments Sales team everyday support Требования: Marketing / insight / CatMan background (4 + years); Strong experience in mutual projects (success stories) producer/retailer (NKA clients) Deep understanding of retailer internal processes and how to influence them Perfect presentation skills and TtoT level presentation experience Ability to find insights via combining different sources of information (Nielsen, GFK, Hypercom, InStoreTracking, Canadean, etc) Be result-oriented person via constant finding different ways of target achievement Leading and influence both internal and external peers Proactive approach English - intermediate (reading/writing) Excellent Excel and Power Point user is a must
