About this opportunity !
We are looking for a Transmission Senior Engineer for Ericsson Managed Services working for multi-vendor network.
What you will do
• On-Call Availability during out of business hours.
• Alarm analysis, Operation-maintenance, solving & Change Request.
• Analytical skills like logical thinking, Problem solving & handling assignments are required.
• Manage packet and hybrid Microwave equipment.
• Network maintenance, configuration, DCN management and intervention to solve the problem.
• Trouble Ticket analysis and resolution of trouble tickets raised by Customer / L1 / L2 Teams. Fault management on all routers and switches equipment and follow up with support.
• Handling NEC/Huawei operation and maintenance network.
• ERPS, VPLS, STP and RSTP with IP network fixing.
You will bring !
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience on knowledge in NEC vendor.
• Having 3-5 years in Huawei vendor.
• Good experience in IP network CCNA or CCNP
