This position entails the creation of bulk and route truck pallets by hand. When it comes to loading and unloading cars, accuracy of the loading and unloading sequence is critical. Forklifts and electronic pallet jacks are used to build loads. Loading and receiving papers are the responsibility of this position. Loading rules are followed at the warehouse. Employees are responsible for keeping their workplaces tidy and free of hazards. Shift duration is influenced by the needs of the company and might fluctuate often. Full pallets of items from the warehouse are loaded into a transport van, and returned pallets/plastic flats are removed. Raw goods are unloaded into a designated warehouse area. To load a bulk truck, choose select specific packages and flavors of products from the warehouse's inventory. Stacking and shrink-wrapping are the two methods used to ensure the stability of a pallet. To load a route truck, the warehouse must be emptied of certain packages, flavors, or pallets of commodities. An individual product/package is created for each vehicle based on customer requests. In this work, you'll be required to handle big cases of product weighing 20-45 pounds on a regular basis for an extended amount of time. It is necessary to stand, move, bend, twist, crouch, reach, and grip.

Qualifications:
• Loading, unloading, putting things in and out of the Distribution Center, as well as carrying things in and out of the warehouse, are all jobs for the Warehouse Worker.
• Items that need to be transported or collected or distributed are determined by reading the production schedule or other order forms (customer, work, and shipment) or requisitions. Customer specs are used to create worksheets or tickets. As per the timetable and operational procedures, move items inside the warehouse to the relevant department (shipping, manufacturing, and/or storage).
• Items and stock may be placed on racks or shelves in a variety of ways, including by product codes, sizes, and colors. Make a list of everything you'll need to complete your request.
• Use a forklift or motorized pallet jack to move pallets and loads to the picking area and assemble them in accordance with the load sheet or audio equipment for voice choices (if applicable)
• Verifies that items are stored properly and tells Supervisor of any inventory problems that develop, such as Can't Finds, Expired Product, Breakage, and Out-Of-Stocks.
• The finest customer service is achieved by completing jobs on schedule and paying special attention to every little detail.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds with sufficient safety precautions
• To make sure everyone has a safe place to work, follow Standard Operating Procedures when you do your job.
• Counting and packing chosen products according to normal operating procedures
• Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for supplies, tools, or other stock items and delivers them to production workers or assembly line personnel.
Skills:
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with employees, departments, and the general public are all basic requirements.
• Order selector/pickers, pallet jacks, and forklifts are all necessary tools at this job.
• It is necessary to get certified as a Material Handling Equipment Operator (MHEO).
• Repetitive sitting or lying down breaks are necessary for this posture.
• Full-time employees must be able to perform additional hours outside of their regularly scheduled shifts if the needs of the business so dictate
