الوصف الوظيفي Customer Service Representative - Mall Job Summary Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies.

He/she ensures that the maximum number of phone calls are picked up on a daily basis and inquiries are processed in a timely manner.

This position also ensures to escalate complaints across a number of communication channels that leads to excellent professional customer service.

Principal Accountabilities Communicate and proactively interact with customers addressing concerns or question Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times Provides feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process Maintains customer records by updating account information Job Responsibilities Answer telephone calls in a timely manner and ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

Order entry (received orders by phone, email) Discuss any issues with Direct Manager regarding orders and changing of existing orders... Communicate with customers regarding their order status Process pickups / adjustments / couriers / special orders Logistic arrangements for deliveries and/or pickup Liaise with internal departments relating to issues regarding transportation, purchasing, etc.

Ensure documents are received and transmitted in an efficient manner Maintain filling, ordering, work / call sheets, invoicing on a daily basis Order entry management – running sales reports, set new item codes Greeting customers and other visitors; Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls; Taking and relaying messages Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction All other duties as assigned.
المهارات
• Knowledge in customer service techniques
• Familiarity with office software and phone systems a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
