Hi, my name is Lisa Arnold. I'm the Stroke Coordinator here at Providence St. John's. So why do I choose to work at St. John's, you might ask, when there are so many other hospitals out there? St. John's is really unique. It's part of a larger Providence healthcare system but it has a great set of mission and values. I really take pride in working every day and making sure that my commitment to the ministry, as well as our community, is met and we do that together as one big family here at St. John's. You'll be greeted in the hallway by some amazing caregivers with a smile on their face. I feel like family here when I'm at St. John's, away from my own family. I absolutely love my job. I started out in the emergency room, and I had a great experience there. And now as I emerge into this leadership role, it's been a great opportunity to really foundationally get to know my ministry better, and have a great time at work, which I love. So if you're thinking about St. John's, I'm sure it's the place for you.
