Hi, my name is Petra. I'm on the Swedish Float Pool team. What is my favorite part of being on this team? Hmm, there's a lot of things that are favorite parts about being on this team, right? Like the fact that I get to go to so many different clinics and learn and meet a lot of different people and learn a lot of different ways of caring for patients. The specialties, the primary cares, the urgent cares. I think that's super exciting to me, right? Like just meeting people and learning. I think that's the favorite part about this team.

Description
The Financial Analyst is a member of the Risk, Claims & Insurance (RCI) team within Risk & Integrity Services (RIS) and reports to the Director Strategic Financing to provide forward-thinking technology solutions and analytical support regarding the financial performance and strategic initiatives of Providence's insurance captive. This position analyzes, understands and reports on key captive financial and liability trends for the insurance captive. This position collects, researches and organizes captive financial and business data to create and report monthly financials, variances and trending analyses. This position is 100% remote and can sit in WA, OR, MT or CA.
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field or equivalent educ/experience
• 1-5 years analytical and business experience or the ability to apply business knowledge and analytical skills (4 years of directly related experience may substitute for the required degree)
Preferred qualification:
• 2 years of Healthcare related experience
