Our client empowers every person and organization to achieve more and to continue that mission they need a self-driven Outlook Mobile Technical Support Specialist (French and English Speaking) to help solve IT tickets and conduct application testings.

You will focus on:
• Providing quality support for Outlook Mobile product with relevant troubleshooting and timely updates to customers.
• Maintaining multiple virtual machines for use with testing relevant Outlook Mobile versions of the application on various iOS/Android environments.
• Identifing reproducible issues and file bug reports to include concise yet detailed information about the issue following the team’s bug reporting procedure.
• Staying informed of the latest application builds of Outlook Mobile (versions, changes, features).
• Communicating and cooperating in a multicultural environment on a distributed team.

Your profile:
• Professional Working to Native fluency in both spoken and written French.
• A strong knowledge of the English language.
• Extensive experience working as a Technical Support specialist.
• Solid background in providing solutions to IT tickets, which come in through emails/chat.
• Prior experience solving complex technical tickets.
• Strong time-management skills.
• An iOS and/or Android device capable of running the latest version of Outlook Mobile.
• Experience using virtualization software (Parallels, VMWare or VirtualBox) is a plus.

Device Requirements:

(a live verification will be conducted to ensure the following requirements are met prior to the start of the engagement)
• Must have either:
• A PC or Laptop with the latest build of Windows 10 Operating (Preferably Windows 10 Professional) system and latest operating system updates installed.
• A Mac Desktop (Mini, Pro, etc) or Laptop with either of the latest two MacOS operating systems (Big Sur, Catalina), including latest operating system updates installed.
• A reliable internet connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed.
• Direct network connections or secured password protected wireless connection. Performing work over an open wireless network connection is NOT allowed.
• A webcam and microphone (for identification purposes).
• Minimum 4 GB RAM (8 GB or higher recommended).
• Intel processor or AMD/Apple Silicon equivalent.
• At least 20GB of HDD space.
• Must have either:
• An Android phone or tablet device running Android 5.1 or higher with at least 1GB of RAM and 2GB of free space available. Device must not be rooted.
• An iPhone or iPad device running the newest two major versions of iOS with at least 2GB of free space available. Device must not be jailbroken
