AREA MANAGER RETAIL/ CAPE TOWN – Only Managers with strong Management Retail experience will be considered for this position, as well as a stable job history. The successful Candidate will oversee Nyanga and Mitchel’s plein, Garden route (Oudtshoorn and George) and other areas client will be expanding in, the successful applicant must be willing to travel. Only Area or Regional Managers to apply for this role, Store Managers will not be considered.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric/Grade 12
Operations Management Diploma/Degree or relevant Retail NQF Diploma
Clothing Retail Experience crucial for this role
Min. 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
Willingness to Travel
Behavioural Competency
Strong ability to work under pressure
Proven ability to Manage staff and ensure maximum productivity
Strong ability to use own initiative
Good attention to detail
Strong communication skills
