Job Ad & Profile Description Position : Logistics OfficerTo maintain clear line of sight in supply Chain management for inbound and outbound materials through reconciliation.Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesCarry out daily materials reconciliationGenerate and circulate recon reports dailyMonitor and coordinate raw materials supply chainMonitor and report on lead timeAttend to plant special assignment requestsAttend to functional departments’ requestsMaintain appropriate records for all inbound and out bound materialsPreparation reconciling of dispatch report with packing plantRetaining and taking responsibility of all documents for raw materials deliveredReport and escalate all irregular transactionsEnsure site compliance with health, safety and environmental rulesMaintain specific environmental and health and safety recordsProvide other logistical duties and supporting roles as may be deemed by the supervisor. Required profile for job ad : Logistics Officer RequirementsFull Grade Twelve Certificate with credits or better in English and Mathematics.Diploma in Logistics and Transport or Equivalent.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Transport and Logistics.Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft office suits.
