We're looking for a Senior Designer to join our team in the US as part of our Design function.

The Senior Designer will play an integral role in shaping the concept and visual identity of Ascential Digital Commerce. They will be a part of the creative team and able to translate brand values and creative concepts into visual and functional design solutions from concept to execution for all Digital Commerce brands.

The Senior Digital Designer contributes to the creation and production of brand collateral, print materials, web content for client engagement, and promotional pieces for; product and support materials, trade shows, and event spaces. Collaborating with the Digital Commerce marketing departments and the broader creative and production teams the Senior Designer will assist the Design Director to guide the brand and marketing initiatives while producing eye-catching, and high-performing designs.

Working closely with our business partners you will be responsible for:
• Design and production execution
• Embedding branding and ensuring quality outputs
• Leading colleagues with less experience and supporting freelancers with design direction and brand guidance.
• Owning the end-to-end delivery of projects, including hero or branding initiatives, and closely collaborating with project stakeholders
• Supporting the Design Director with creative strategy and guiding the branding and visual identity.

Key Responsibilities
• Owning project briefs from start to completion. Designing and testing work to make sure each project brief is completed in full, on time, and in line with company standards.
• Liaise and collaborate with relevant business partners and stakeholders. Proactive and able to follow up with questions, status updates, and suggestions as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on design best practices and innovation.
• Leading creative projects and collaborating with video, development, and Freelancers, owning parts of the projects, while giving feedback and support on work.
• Managing creative projects (creative and delivery) while continually sharing progress with the Design Director.
• Designs digital and print materials for a variety of projects and brands including social campaigns, events, branding collateral, and more.
• Support and lead brand creative for video including concepts, animation graphic styles,storyboards, and scripting.

Your Experience
• Create compelling designs that meet project requirements, brand guidelines, and the
• brand’s creative standards.
• Communicates and collaborates well with business partners (Marketing, Operations, Product, Video, etc.) to thoroughly complete projects on time.
• Stays up to date on upcoming trends, advancements, and technologies in the design field.
• Must have strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD)
• Skilled in typography, color, print, and digital layout required.
• Excellent organizational skills are required; must be able to handle multiple projects and produce a high volume of quality work within tight deadlines.
• Must be self-motivated to own creative projects but still be a team player, comfortable with following directions and receiving feedback as required.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SaaS and tech brands is a plus.
• Proactive and able to lead projects as well as other Designers (particularly freelancers).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, visual communications, or related fields required.
• At least 10 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
