Quality Engineering Manager opportunity with a global software technology organisation. They opened an office in Ireland and they are currently expanding their team. My client has a prestigious reputation worldwide and invest heavily in their tech stack.
You will be leading the QA Department team and you will be responsible for developing culture, technology, processes and people to ensure highly reliable product quality and support the growth of the company.
The company's culture is highly collaborative, and they care about employee's career progression. By joining this organisation, you will take full ownership of leading their Quality Engineering department.
The ideal candidate has tactical and leadership with a track record of customer focused delivery, will provide tactical leadership, will understand the technology, recommend solutions and provide feedback.
Role/Opportunity:

• Build your own team from scratch, responsible for the culture, technology and processes

Skills/ Experience:
• Strategic and tactical leadership with a track record of customer focused delivery
• 7+ years in a Managerial role
• Must have software industry experience, experience working with limited resources
• Knowledge and experience of technologies: Scripting languages, Web development, Linux and Windows
• Developing with DevOps capabilities
• Experience in driving Test Automation Strategies from inception to completion
Salary/Remuneration Package:
• €105,000 - €110,000 + Annual Bonus + Pension + Health insurance+ 25 days holiday
