DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists the General Foreman by providing input to identify key success factors for Power Generation crew. Provides leadership to cause the creation of organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the requirements of services and is responsible for the execution of Power Generation services, quality, subcontractor performance, and construction cost. Evaluates Power Generation service execution for compliance to contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality, advising the project team of status, issues, impacts risk, and cost influence factors on to go scope. Maintains the short range look ahead plans and discusses all deviations with the General Foreman. Reviews and monitors cost and man-hour budget for installation process develops an equipment and tool requirement plan and reviews it with the General Foreman.
Organize and plan HV electrical power outages, to provide safe operations for all systems.
Update the 11kV data drawings as required.
Identifies, repairs and relaces components of Electrical Control System (SCADA) in three switchgear rooms.
Controls and maintain daily, weekly, semi-annual or annual services of various: Generators such as Cummins Generators QSK 60, Cummins QSX15, VTA28 Caterpillar 3516B, C175-16, C15, C18, 3546 DPGDS generators FG Wilson XP165E1, P165E1, Tactical John Deer generators MEP806B.
HV equipment: HV Ring Main Units (RMU), HV Pad Mounted Switches, HV various size of Transformers 2000KVA, 1500KVA, 750KVA, 300KVA (approximately 160 pieces)
Control and manage the daily inputs of data in MAXIMO.
Assists with and perform HV terminations, splicing, or testing of various HV cables and Equipment: FLV test of HV cables, Megger test of LV and HV cables, Megger test of 400V, 3300V and 11000V AC Alternators with bridge rectifiers, Resistance test, Power Analyze the results of Power Analyzer
