Are you a product visionary with a passion for innovation? Look no further! Our dynamic product team is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our ranks and help shape the future of our cutting-edge CPaaS solutions. Our team spearheads the development of new products, features, and capabilities in the space of SMS, Conversations, Voice, Data and much more. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for defining, designing, and deploying successful user experiences alongside our product managers and product teams.
Help us shape the future of communications by:
• Creating sketches, wireframes, storyboards, task flows, and user journeys to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Designing high-fidelity interactive prototypes and deliver production-ready design assets.
• Articulating a clear point of view for customer experiences and the rationale behind it.
• Collaborating with UX Research to develop a thorough understanding of your users.
• Partnering with product managers on planning and strategy.
• Communicating and collaborating regularly with the broader Product Design team, and contributing to design-led initiatives that help the company grow.
• Validating design solutions with our different target audiences, using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Iterating on feedback from your cross-functional team.
• Collaborating with engineers as they build and ship (Design QA).
What you will bring:
• Hands-on 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI designer.
• Experience building and maintaining Design Systems, Design Tokens, and Documentation.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products.
• Familiarity with Figma, Useberry, Maze, Jira, and Miro.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management experience.
• Fluency in English and excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Design or other related fields.
