We are Hiring:
Integrant is looking to hire a System and Security Admin Lead primary goal is providing and maintaining high quality IT service for internal staff as well as our clients He is also responsible for setting, maintaining, and executing information technology strategies
• Research, analyze, evaluate, and offer recommendations on emerging security technologies and solutions to protect next generation modern endpoint environments.
• Design, implement, configure, and manage solutions within the supported technologies, products, and services.
• Define security configurations for threat detection and prevention tools, implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures
• Proactively manage supported services ensuring performance, availability, and security.
• Research and recommend innovative and automated approaches for operational tasks
• Integrate threat, vulnerability, IT, and business to prioritize incident handling and investigations
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies
• Share best practices among team members.
• Monitoring, coaching and counseling IT team members.
• Responsible for mitigating problems that may hinder IT projects delivery successful.
• Overall 7+ years of experience in IT.
• 2+ years of experience in people management.
• Extremely Strong IT administration technical hands-on experience.
• Design, Architecture, and implementation guru.
• Strong understanding of latest technologies, techniques, and practices.
• Remains on the forefront of emerging industry practices, techniques, and technologies.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Positive, responsible, energetic, and confidence personality.
• Outstanding communications and negotiations skills.
• Self-managed ability to work independently and without close supervision.
• The ability to share clear inputs with higher management & to make decisions on his own.
• The ability to define & apply risk management techniques.
• The ability to motivate & bring creativity out of his team members.
• Willing to take the extra mile with owning initiative.
• The ability to maintain team integrity & reliability.
• The ability to notice process problems, audit the process, define the needed changes, implement them & measure these changes outcome.
• Strong analytical skills, objective judgment, creative problem solving, and decision making.
• Security background is huge plus.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Previous experience working with U.S clients is a plus.
• Flexibility to travel when needed (mainly to U.S & Jordan and could be other destinations if required).
Educational:
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer/ Electrical/ Communication Engineering.
• Holder of a master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business is a plus.
• PMP or ITIL certification is a plus.
