About The Role:

The People & Culture Lead will be responsible for shaping and delivering activities across the organization that influence our colleague culture – continuing a program of work to bring Dsquares values to life.

Working with relevant stakeholders the role will drive various workstreams of activity aligned to the annual people plan and wider business objectives, ensuring colleagues at all levels are informed and engaged and the outcomes successfully embedded across Dsquares.

This position plays an integral role in developing and celebrating organizational culture through creative use of communications platforms; developing consistent, effective, and engaging messages which inform, equip, and mobilize colleagues in accordance with the organizational strategy and business plans as well as implementing people related systems, policies, processes & best practices. That includes encouraging 2-way feedback to foster inclusion.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• With stakeholders, develop and own a rolling program plan to drive internal culture focus. This includes shaping relevant activities that will create and embed positive change.
• Adoption of engagement survey feedback and action loops.
• Embedding a performance framework & cascading OKR’s.
• Ongoing activities to embed values through business process change.
• Coordinating Champion networks, ensuring colleague involvement remains relevant and proactive.
• Helping to implement a D&I framework, focusing on internal activities.
• Devise and implement a colleague connections/engagement plan with regular touchpoints.
• Own developing and maintaining relevant hub content as a central source of colleague information on Culture, Engagement, Inclusion & CSR activities.
• Contribute to wider people initiatives and the successful delivery of the People’s annual plan/objectives.
• You may be required to undertake any other reasonable duties to support the Dsquares in achieving its strategic outcomes and ensure effective business operations.
• Support line manager and employees with talent development initiatives including internal relations for mentoring program, completion of individual development plans, Training needs analysis and recommendations for L&D investments.
• Act as champion for employee P&C Management systems including employee management and performance management tools.
• Leverage the intranet, other electronic media and company newsletters.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Good time management, organization and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Good attention to detail.
• IT literate – email and Microsoft.
• Proactive - uses initiative and problem solving skills.
• Good team player.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field required.
• Preferably a relatable qualification or certification in HR, training or development.
• At least two years of experience in related areas such as job classification and compensation, recruitment, selection, training, employee benefits.
