NAOS Talents is looking to hire an Accounting Manager for a global leading car-sharing company who will delegate, supervise, and participate in accounting department tasks, oversee the recording, tracking, and reporting of financial information, and motivate accounting staff
members, develop, and implement department controls and procedures, and ensure that the department operates efficiently without sacrificing accuracy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Manages the accounting staff who are responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, and treasury.
- Review daily transactions to ensure the quality of data and review appropriate ledger entry reconciliations. also responsible for maintaining the general ledger system accordingly.
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department as:
o Fixed asset activity
o Accounts payable/receivable
o General ledger.
o Month and end-year process
- Preparing monthly financial statements submitted with regulatory reports to Top management on monthly meeting as follow:
o Customers aging report.
o Supplier aging report.
o P&L Actual vs Budget monthly & YTD.
o P&L per station (Short term+ Limousine).
o P&L per company/car (operation lease).
o P&L per car brand /category/model / make.
o Cashflow report monthly (actual / estimated).
o Non-revenue vehicle details.
o New cars to be inducted.
- Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions.
- Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
- Responsible for Tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files on a monthly basis (VAT tax declaration/Salary Tax review and payment/withholding tax review and payment on a quarterly base and annual corporate tax return prepare/review with the outside tax office as an annual base and prepare all required data with tax office at different Tax examination.
- Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.

Education, Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 13 years of industry experience is required.

-Experience in Management, Accounting, or a related field may be preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
- Proficiency with computers and financial systems.
- Analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- High level of efficiency and accuracy.
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data.

Salary and Benefits:

-Gross Salary: 22,000LE – 33,000 EGP
-Bonus Scheme: 1 Month bonus based on evaluation – Paid quarterly
