Job Summary
Provides troubleshooting and demand maintenance work on a variety of equipment and systems including centrifuges, compressors, gear boxes, autoclaves, washers, blowers, mixers, reactors, pumps, conveyors, heat exchangers, motor control centers, electronically controlled equipment and instruments, air handlers, overhead doors, dock levelers, along with other equipment related to production and facility operations
Responibilities
Developing, reviewing, updating, modifying, and approving electrical design plans and work schedules.
Liaising with clients and other engineers to ensure projects are completed to specifications.
Establishing relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, other professionals, and expanding networks.
Maintaining and improving existing engineering processes.
Drawing up budgets, schedules, department as well as company’s regulations, and various other documents related with electricity
Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
Reading technical diagrams and blueprints.
Performing general electrical maintenance.
Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
Repairing and replacing equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures.
Performing circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
Maintaining good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems as well as various testing equipment.
Job Requirements
Qualification
Level 4 /diploma or degree in electrical engineering with 4/3/2
Experience as an electrician officer or senior electrician officer,
Specifically on Car Maintenance.
Skills
Excellent communications skills
Ability to coordinate, train, and supervise contractors at multiple locations simultaneously
