Responsibilities According to the instructions given by the immediate supervisor, performs according to rules and guidelines company's accounting and finance recordings. Verifies the correctness of payment and sales documents prepared regularly. Check the accuracy of the payment document of the loading and unloading workers with the work. Consumption of printing and writing equipment, oil and grease and other items, records their respective expenditure headings in the prepared consumption register. Monitors pending accounts so that they are settled in a timely manner. Calculating the depreciation of fixed assets that are purchased periodically Prepare BANK RECONCILIATION. Check whether The JOURNAL REGISTER will be completed at the end of every month. Conducting monthly and annual inventory counting and reporting the results. Controlling the counting and registration of fixed Assets.
Educational Requirements: Fresh graduate with a BA in accounting, finance or relevant field. Excellent organizing abilities Great attention to detail Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Peachtree, QuickBooks and other financial planning software
