JOB SUMMARY As a Marketing and PR Officer , you will be responsible for communicating key messages and promoting a positive image of a company. Day-to-day duties may include liaising with local and national and coordinating messaging going out on the website, social media and in print. Main Duties Planning and carrying out PR campaigns and strategies. Monitoring the public and media's opinions of our clients. Writing and editing messages, leaflets, brochures, speeches, ne, newsletters, websites and social media content. Utilizing all forms of media, to build, maintain and manage the representation of a business Representing your company at events. Acting as a spokesperson for the company’s brand. Training employees on how to Handle media inquiries. Developing good working relationships with the media and liaising with the press on potential news stories. Writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies, and annual reports. Managing and updating a client’s social media posts Devising and coordinating photo opportunities. Managing, arranging and overseeing events. Monitoring publicity and press coverage. Commissioning market research. Coordinating paid and unpaid advertising Weekly and monthly report on sales based on reporting template and others if need be to the Director of Sales and Marketing. Build strong relationships and networks with colleagues, clients, and media inquiries from the media and other organizations Maintain and update information on the organization’s website Manage and update information and engage with users on social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook Foster good community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives. Manage the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation. Carry on other tasks as assigned by the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Educational Requirements: Key Requirements You possess a degree and above 3 and above years of experience in Hotel and prior experience in a similar role. You can work independently in a fast-paced environment. You are organized and possess high attention to detail. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Creativity is mandatory.
