About Roha Medical Campus: Roha Medical Campus PLC is building an integrated health campus in Addis Ababa. When complete, it will provide world-class, high-quality, affordable healthcare across multiple hospitals and facilities. The campus will include a medical school and facilities for research and innovation. It will be set in a lush, green setting, built to the highest sustainability standards, and with a beautiful urban park open to the public. The development of the campus has begun, and the first hospital is already under construction. About the role: Roha is seeking a Liaison Officer to support the successful development of the Roha Medical Campus in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Responsibilities include: Serve as the primary organizational contact between Roha and government agencies including but not limited to permit office, utilities, customs, investment authority, planning office, woreda, subcity, city administration. Develop and foster relationships with various project stakeholders. Compile reports about specific incidents, events and updates on important issues. Understand the organizational structure well and refer matters that need the intervention of specific departments. Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between Roha and other stakeholders. Maintain thorough knowledge of the company and represent the Company in a positive way. Assist and communicate with senior leadership in decision-making. Maintaining ethical standards inline with local, international and Company policies. Manage and coordinate relationships with suppliers both internally and externally. Take on other tasks and responsibilities as needed to ensure the overall company success
