Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Coordinate clerical work in a section
• Maintain general cleanliness and security of buildings and equipment
• Plan office accommodation and layout
• Process documents for the issuance of licenses or certificates under relevant Acts
Qualifications:
• Have at least three (3) years of experience as a Senior Clerical Officer
• Possess a certificate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Kenya Accounts Technician Certificate (KATC), Kenya Administration and Management Examination (KAME), or any other approved equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
• Possess an ICT certificate and be proficient in Word Processors, Spread Sheets, Presentation, and Database
• Have shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
