Qualifications:
• Be a kenyan citizen
• Be a holder of at least a first degree from a recognized university or its equivalent in any of the following fields: Accounting/Finance; Engineering; Human Resource; Law or Business Systems/ Management Systems
• Must be a member in good standing with the relevant professional body
• Must have a minimum of 7 years working experience in the core profession of the person or have run a registered own enterprise for a minimum of 7 years
• Experience and training in corporate governace or water related sector will be an added advantage
• Must must the leadership and integrity criteria under chapter 6 of the constitution of Kenya (2010) and meets fit and proper test criteria from WASREB
• Must be a resident of the area covered by Kibwezi- Makindu water and sanitation company limited (KIBMA WASCO)
• Not a holder of any political office aD
• Not a state officer
