The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers in the furniture and luxury sectors.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets ( BtoB and BtoC). In Mauritius and region ( Seychelles, Madagascar..)
• Mentor consultants to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, Marketing
• 5+ years' of sales experience ( Management level) in similar field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good presentation
• Knowledge of the furniture and decor industry
• Computer literate
• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Superb leadership ability.
