We are seeking a driven, experienced Sales Manager who pushes for excellence and delivery. Must be able to manage and further develop a diverse sales team and have a strong personality that commands presence in a room. Drive sales meetings, engage with customers and handle discussions around products.
• Management of identified national key accounts
• Sourcing of new business
• Setting and establishing strategic direction for the Sales team
• Managing the sales team effectively ensuring that sales budgets are met
• Identifying and developing new market opportunities and products
• Monitoring competitor activity proactively
• Develop and implement effective strategies for countering competitor activity
• Ensuring all customer requirements and complaints are communicated appropriately and dealt with timeously
• Motivating the team to exceed expectations
• Communicating regularly with Branch Manager & CEO regarding status of sales etc
